Product Detail:
The product utilize the pricinple of pressure swing adsorption and regeneration.There are two towers working in parallel.In one tower,desiccant absorbs moisture under pressure.Meanwhile in the other tower,saturated desiccant is blown with 10~15% dry air from the outlet in atmospheric pressure to remove the moisture.
Product Features:
- Optimal contact vessel design,ensuring sufficient contact time.
- 30% desiccant residual,ensuring desiccant long lifespan and consistent outlet dew points.
- Unique diffuser design ensuring uniform flow distribution.
- Unique vessels design to conserve 95% heat during adsorption.And the heat will be used to increase regeneration air temperature,enhancing the regeneration efficiency.
- Processing and regeneration air in counter flow design improves the adsorption efficiency.
- Optimal contact vessel size design ensures the processing air flow and contact time in the best condition.
- Reasonable system design.Oil and contaminants in the processing air was filtered before entering the vessel,preventing desiccant from being polluted.
- Reasonable switching time ensures stable outlet pressure.
